About Paul D. Marshall

Paul D. Marshall, a Charleston native now retired in South Carolina, was an architect or architect’s apprentice for 41 years. His many preservation projects include Graceland, the Davis mansion in Elkins. He also participated in restoration of the Philippi Covered Bridge and restoration of the Watts Mansion in Charleston. His body of work was recognized with a Doctor of Arts in Historic Preservation conferred by Davis and Elkins College.
