Bobby Taylor is the library manager at the State Archives, and he coordinates the Vandalia and Appalachian String Band Music Festival music competitions. Taylor, a fourth-generation West Virginia fiddler, was the recipient of the 2010 Vandalia Award, which is the state’s highest folklife honor.
