e-WV: The West Virginia Encyclopedia Online

Larry L. Rowe, a Malden attorney and former legislator, has a B.A., M.A., and J.D. from WVU. He was a leader in the preservation of historic Malden, where he lives with his family. He gives regular tours of Booker’s Church and Cabin there. He is president of the the Booker T. Washington Memorial Association and was a member of the board of directors for Cabin Creek Quilts and the Malden Historic Preservation Society.
