Stephen Lee Fesenmaier, who received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees the University of Minnesota, directed the film services division of the West Virginia Library Commission from 1978 to 1999. He co-founded the West Virginia International Film Festival, the West Virginia Filmmakers Guild, the West Virginia Filmmakers Festival. He writes a film blog for Graffiti magazine and the Charleston Gazette.
