e-WV: The West Virginia Encyclopedia Online

Frank Engle McCallum grew up in Charleston and spent summers and holidays in West Union with his grandparents. A Vietnam veteran, McCallum has worked in offshore drilling, car service and sales, and with the nonprofit program Good News Mountaineer Garage. He now spends his time doing volunteer work as a mechanic in the Charleston area.
